John Marquez
President
After earning his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University in Bozeman, John packed his truck and headed for Nashville with little more than a vision and a strong work ethic. In 2022, he founded Bridger Design + Build – a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine care for the homeowners it serves.
What began as one man and a few tools has grown into a trusted local team working across Middle Tennessee. As Bridger has expanded, John has remained closely involved in every project, ensuring each home – whether it involves siding, fascia and trim, gutters, painting, or a full exterior renovation – receives the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that inspired him to start the company.
For John, construction is about more than materials and measurements. It’s about clear communication, earning trust, and delivering results that improve people’s lives long after the job is done.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Buddy. When fall arrives, he can often be found at Lucas Oil Stadium cheering on the Colts – even if he’s surrounded by a few good-natured Titans fans.
